We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of them being placed.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Kansas.

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout.
Gift cards can be purchased here, and can be redeemed at check out.
Contact customer service ASAP once you have received the package and noticed any discrepancies.
ALL discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment!

Should you find that there is still an item missing, contact customer service. Also, look at the invoice you received with the shipment. Have the order number ready for the representative to help you most effectively.
